Vitamin b12 is a very important vitamin for our body but our body can’t produce it. We need a diet that has vitamin b12.

You can add eggs, fish, meat, poultry, and dairy products in your daily diet to get vitamin b12.

Daily dose:

Generally, For 18 and older people recommended dose is 2.4 mcg daily. For pregnant women, the recommended dose is 2.6 mcg daily.

According to a survey conducted on 100+ adults in 2013, 500 mcg for 8 weeks (8.9 mcg daily) normalized the level of vitamin b12 in 90% of the participants. So, adults and 50+ age of people can take 8-9 mcg daily.
