This recipe contains crispy potatoes fried in a deep fat fryer without using any oil and later baked in the oven, so they become healthier too!

The cooking time may vary depending on the oven used; generally, it takes 30 minutes in preheated 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). This recipe makes three servings, so adjust accordingly if more or fewer people are going to eat them.

Ingredients required:

Two pounds (1 kilogram) russet potatoes, two teaspoons vegetable oil, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for sprinkling before baking, along with parsley flakes for garnishing after baking!

Instructions to follow are as follows:

Wash potatoes thoroughly and dry them with a clean towel. Prick all over each potato with a fork, then rub both sides of each piece evenly with oil and sprinkle salt and garlic powder over them.

Arrange fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet lined with aluminium foil or parchment paper sprinkled lightly with cornstarch.

Bake for about 40 minutes, turning fries over once around 20 minutes into the cooking process until golden brown colour appears all around; remove from oven, then sprinkle some dried parsley flakes generously all over them while still hot.

Serve immediately while still hot alongside ketchup or your favourite sauce!

Instructions for your Safety :

These four methods you can use to make crinkle cut fries will come with their share of risks and concerns. But fret not – if you take reasonable precautions when using deep fryers or other cooking methods involving hot oil, you should be fine.

Always ensure your frying oil is maintained at proper levels, keep it away from open flames (oil will burn), and don’t submerge wooden utensils into the oil or run electricity lines near it.

The last thing you want is to set yourself on fire while cooking something yummy, like crinkle cut fries! Speaking of safety concerns, unless stated by local law, always use safety goggles when cooking with hot oils.
